New Light Yoga

The Yoga of Awareness

"Within us there lives the most calm, serene lake of wisdom. You must leave your limitations and use all methods to raise your consciousness."

- Ancient Wisdom

Discover Your Potential

More Than Just a Workout

Scientific research suggests New Light Yoga can help reduce symptoms of insomnia, depression, anxiety, stress, and high blood pressure. But that's not the primary reason people attend.

They attend because it makes them feel good. It gives them a sense of feeling at home in the universe.

New Light Yoga is simultaneously grounding, stabilizing, and nurturing while expanding your awareness of your own soul and consciousness.

Why Choose New Light Yoga?

Unlock synchronicity: things happen in the right order, at the right time.

Better Sleep

Combat insomnia and wake up refreshed. Quiet the mind before rest.

Vitality & Energy

Feel lighter, less stodgy in the afternoons. Increase appetite for life.

Connection

Share a space with others. Feel connected, grounded, and never alone.

What is a Class?

Yoga means Union. It aligns your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.

A typical class (approx 1.5 hours) includes:

  • Tune In: Chanting "Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo".
  • Warm Ups: Prepare the body.
  • Kriya: A specific set to build stamina or focus the mind.
  • Relaxation: Deep rest to integrate changes.
  • Meditation: Connect to the "New Light Yoga Mind".

Universal & Scientific

New Light Yoga is a Raj Yoga (Royal Yoga), incorporating all 8 limbs of yoga.

It is not a religion. It is a scientific technology that makes you feel more at home in the universe.

"If you are a Christian, it will make you a better Christian. If you are a Muslim, it will make you a better Muslim. If you are an atheist, it will confuse the heck out of you!"
